I know I posted a while ago saying I’m back in action, but I really am this time haha. My best friend and I sat down and figured out what we’re going to do to make this skinny dream a reality. We’ve come up with a plan and buckled down and we’re seriously doing it this time. The whole nine yards. We’ve been walking and doing Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred for the past couple days and on Monday, we’re going to start training to be able to run a 5K in November! Here’s the plan we’re going to use:

We still haven’t found a run we want to do but I think we decided to find a beer run because that’s just awesome haha. So that’s one goal we’re working towards. And like I said before, we are doing the Jillian Michaels DVD and we decided that after we finish that and drop some pounds, we’re going to do P90X! So that’s our other goal. This shits gonna be crazy haha but I’m really, really excited about it and so is she. I’m hoping to reach my goal and lose all the weight I want by next August. Here goes nothing! :D
Had an AWESOME work out earlier. 30 mins on the arc trainer at the gym. It was tough as hell but I powered through it and I feel great. Going for a loooong walk tonight when my friend gets here after work. :)
Hello to all of those people who continued to follow me duing my hiatus haha. I’ve just decided to start posting to this blog again because I’m starting up my weight-loss program again on Monday and I’m really very excited about it and I’m glad to be back!
